The active "Milan" fans were disappointed by the poor end to the season.
Italian media reports that 5,000 loyal club supporters held a massive protest outside the team's office.
The fans demanded accountability from the club's owners and staff members.
"You have pushed 'Milan' into the swamp of mediocrity and provincialism, taking away the desire to dream from the fanbase, which is unmatched in the world," the supporters wrote.
Later, the protest moved to the "San Siro" stadium, where "Milan" played the final match of the season against "Monza" (2:0).
