The impressive season played by forward Kylian Mbappe at Real Madrid could see him change his jersey number.

As reported by AS, the La Liga club is trying to persuade the Frenchman to make changes before the next football season.

K. Mbappe is being urged to switch from the number 9 to the number 10, which will become available after midfielder Luka Modric leaves the team.

In the past, this number has been worn by famous players such as Ferenc Puskas, Michael Laudrup, and James Rodriguez.

If K. Mbappe agrees to the change, the number 9 will be aimed for by young talent Endrick.
