On Thursday, the Madrid "Real" club presented the team's newcomer Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The 26-year-old Englishman joined the "royal" club as a free agent after his contract with "Liverpool" expired.
T. Alexander-Arnold revealed in his introductory speech that "Real" was the only club for which he would leave "Liverpool".
"This is a dream come true. I am very happy and proud to be here.
I really look forward to showing myself to the "Real" fans. I understand that I will be held to the highest standards. I am ready to give it my all.
My goal is to win as many titles as possible. I want to be a winner and play with the best footballers in the world.
I have known for a long time that I would only leave "Liverpool" for Madrid's "Real". No other club would interest me.
I never considered where I would play if I left "Liverpool". It was always just a question of whether I would move to Madrid or not?
I will always remain grateful to the "Liverpool" club. I feel like I owe them. I spent 20 years here and enjoyed every moment. I just felt that this decision is the best for me," said T. Alexander-Arnold.
